Perhaps we should have put “mobbing” as the main theme, instead of “negative leadership” like we have done. But we prefer to think that the behavior of Kevin Spacey is “unreal” or “farfetched” and therefore cannot be labeled with that horrible word that oppresses workers’ rights, aspirations and dreams.
