The use of long film clips depends on the laws of the countries in which they are being shown. In most countries, there are laws, agreements and rules which allow the use of film clips for the following: “teaching”, “debate” and “discussion”. For example, in the USA, “Fair Use” is applicable in most cases. In the European Union, there are several bodies to which the control of copyright is referred to.

The search engine is a good way to see if the website contains the material you are looking for. In order to become a member, you must choose a username and password. You may access the site using this data by filling in the fields in the top right-hand corner. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a summary of our services.

The films are in AVI format.

Here are the possible reasons:

1. Your browser needs to download an application (which should be suggested to you automatically).
2. If your connection is slow, make sure that the entire scene is loaded before pressing Play.
3. Are you sure that your payment of the membership has been accepted? Using prepaid cards, you may not have the right amount of funds at the time in which PayPal withdraws the membership amount.

You can download up to the limit of your membership every two months. For example: if you become a member on the 15th February, you can download 8 films (PROFESSIONAL package) within the 15th April. If you download all 8 within, lets say, the 28th February, you will have to wait until the 15th April to download a further 8 scenes during the following 2-month period. The membership lasts 12 months after which it will be deemed automatically terminated.

The PROFESSIONAL membership package gives you the following services:

1. Research, viewing and download of scenes: You can watch all the scenes you want to watch online, and you can download 8 scenes every 2 (two) months (48 in total in 12 months).
2. Download of information cards: You can download all the information cards in PDF that you require.
3. Updates: Fortnightly you will be sent an e-mail with a link to two new inspiring movie scenes for training purposes.

Termination: Whereas the package offers favorable conditions and a promotional offer, the membership does not provide for termination; it will automatically terminate after 12 months. We, therefore, advise you to take a look at the scenes and the comments in the “Free Resources” section before committing to membership.

The membership lasts 12 months after which it will be deemed automatically terminated.

The PRESTIGE membership package gives you the following services:

1. Research, viewing and download of scenes: You can watch all the scenes you want to watch online, and you can download 16 scenes every 2 (two) months (96 in total in 12 months).
2. Download of information cards: You can download all the information cards in PDF that you require.
3. Updates: Fortnightly you will be sent an e-mail with a link to two new inspiring movie scenes for training purposes.

Termination: Whereas the package offers favorable conditions and a promotional offer, the membership does not provide for termination; it will automatically terminate after 12 months. We, therefore, advise you to take a look at the scenes and the comments in the “Free Resources” section before committing to membership.

A one-off payment is made upon registering for membership.

You may carry out the payment via wire transfer. Please write to info@trainingwithmovies.com and we will send you the instructions.

Of course you can. If you are a company, please insert your invoicing details correctly. We have an automated invoicing system. If your company is a non-Maltese company (e.g. if you are a company from Italy, Spain or other European countries), the sum you pay will be deemed a full tax cost. Therefore, your invoice will allow you to charge the entire amount as a cost. You will receive the invoice via e-mail within a few days of payment. An invoice can be issued even if you are an individual. In such case, please correctly insert your tax code.
